Рам Там Тагер -- кот не простой. Он никогда не хочет того, что ему предлагают, но всегда требует то, чего "нет на складе". С точки зрения людей, этот кот ужасно надоедлив: стоит его впустить, как он попросится, чтобы его выпустили, и так далее. Но на самом деле, он просто стремится быть в центре внимания -- и добивается этого, поскольку все кошки от него без ума. Понять их можно: в своем костюме и гриме Rum Tum Tugger выглядит хорошеньким, как популярный певец. То ли Филя Киркоров, то ли Андрюша Макаревич.
